Cindy is the founder of two assistance dog organizations. Her passion lies in breeding assistance dogs, particularly Golden Retrievers. Alongside her work in the assistance dog industry, she also cherishes her role as a pet owner and advocate. She enjoys mentoring fellow Golden Retriever enthusiasts, sharing insights to enhance skills and deepen the bond between pets and their owners within our community. She is the owner of Westwing Retriever and an active member of Valle del Sol Golden Retriever Club,
Megan
Founder of Ashrose Kennels
Working as Cindy’s as her mentor, Megan is a great asset to Westwing Retrievers. Cindy and Megan are both graduates of Bergin College of Canine Studies and members of the Valle del Sol Golden Retriever Club. They are dedicated to the breeding, upbringing, and training of quality companion and service dogs.
Our Mission
We specialize in breeding top-notch assistance and companion dogs, with our assistance dog lines stemming from premium European bloodlines known for their lighter colors. Additionally, we offer darker field line Goldens for families seeking active companions that excel in dog sports.
Megan and Cindy have partnered together to help provide a variety in pedigree and color choices, while being able to bring twice the amount of passion into their work.

Located near Phoenix, Arizona, we pride ourselves on our family-centered approach to breeding. Our puppies are born and nurtured in a loving environment, exposed to an active home life that aids in their smooth transition to their forever homes. We are committed to the Puppy Culture program, with Westwing Retrievers being the first Certified Puppy Culture Golden Retriever breeder in AZ.
